To capacitate local pool of consultants and create a Cleaner Production Technology Team in the region and help the MSMEs, DOST Caraga spearheaded a training on Cleaner Production Technology (CPT), September 11-13, 2017 at Butuan Grand Palace Restaurant, Butuan City.

Attendees were taught on capability building and technical know-hows relative to managing environmental impacts, reducing risks to humans and using resources more efficiently.

Attendees from CEIT were the faculty members of BS Mining Engineering and BS Agricultural Engineering programs.
